By creating an account or using Papan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• No attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• No accessing other users' data without permission.
• No automated scraping or resale of the service without our consent.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or create. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, and display it so the product works for you and the collaborators you invite.

Third-party integrations

Google Calendar, Gmail, Telegram, and AI features are optional. Using them means also accepting the provider's own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes on their side.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

Termination

You can stop using Papan and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service.
